I have had the koss wireless headset for almost a year they are amazing but my new iphone 7 refuses to recognize them in bluetooth i have already gone through all the procedural reboots and turning things on and off and it still wont pop PLZ HALP SOS I NEEDS HALP

your going to ask me to reset the phone to default settings and see if that works when the notion that a thousand dollar cell phone's tech is bugged and doesnt work is nauseating. . .

Are you sure that you put the Koss' into pairing mode (slide power button to the left and hold for 3 seconds, THEN search for it on your phone)?
This might sound condescending (i.e. is the TV plugged in?) but just eliminating the obvious -- and you didn't mention pairing mode so was worth a shot mentioning. Good luck and let us know if you resolve the issue.
I Am such a tool it's cause I don't have the box just the sweet *** zip up case they give you thx man I went through a lot thinking it was the phone thx again my dude!
they are louder as well at least i think they do i almost turned it down this morning when i spent all the time trying to turn it up past max!

ya im not sure whether they made a better amplifying program or what but they are definitely louder AND I LIKE IT. . .the only complaint i had about the bt540i's were that it didnt go as loud as i like and now i turn it down on some songs!!! we are true visionaries ahead of our time with the wireless bluetooth!
Koss Bt540i bluetooth headset will not connect to 7 but worked with 6s fine
